If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean food with exceptional customer service, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, Michael (the manager) and Fatima (the supervisor) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our entire dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. I ordered the Chicken Kebab with rice, creamy hummus, warm pita bread, and a fountain soda. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My husband had the Lamb Kebab with rice, and he absolutely loved how tender and well-seasoned the lamb was. My mother-in-law ordered the Gyro with fries, and it was just as delicious! Now let’s talk about those fries… they were perfectly golden, extra crispy, and completely irresistible! 🤤 Every bite of our meal was packed with flavor, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Delicious food, generous portions, outstanding customer service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—this restaurant exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend The Great Greek Mediter

It’s a very quiet space with few customers, which many would say is a problem, but that just tells me people are eating in silence because of how great the food is and/ or they want to enjoy this legendary food at home. I had the pleasure of eating the lamb plate and shattered a few of my previous Mediterranean eating experiences. The lamb was tender, the rice was surprisingly, really well seasoned (most Mediterranean places I’ve been to, the rice has been bland), the pita was soft and a perfect combination with the lamb and rice, and finally, the salad. I’m not a big salad guy but usually enjoy eating Caesar salad, but that salad was insanely good. If I could, I would definitely come back here. I don’t live in Florida, which sucks because I can’t eat at this place every day. The meal was excellent.

We were in the mood for some Mediterranean Greek and decided to try this place in downtown Orlando next to the courthouse. I was pleasantly surprised on how flavorful the food was, only downfall food was room temperature for the time we waited for the food. Food is kinda pricey for todays economy. At time of service there were only a few folks in the restaurant. Customer was great!

I was really looking forward to trying The Great Greek based on the reviews, but unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. I ordered via DoorDash and For nearly $69 before tip, I expected fresh, flavorful Greek food. Instead, much of the meal tasted like it came straight from a grocery store container rather than being made in-house. The hummus was bland and unusually runny, lacking the rich garlic, lemon, and olive oil flavors I typically expect. The salads arrived without dressing, which left them dry and difficult to enjoy. Overall, the food felt very under-seasoned and lacked the bright, fresh flavors that make Greek cuisine so good. The biggest disappointment was the baklava. The phyllo dough appeared underbaked, remaining pale and almost translucent rather than the golden, flaky texture you'd normally expect. It was soft and gummy instead of crisp and layered. I had to pop it in my oven for a couple minutes to make it edible. Maybe this was an off night, but for the price point, the quality simply didn't match expectations. Sadly, this is not a meal I'd order again.

I was siting outside of the Restaurant one night/ Morning And Saw that They Had a Burger called the Athenian Burger. So I made it a mission to Try it! I had it Medium Rare (Cooked to Perfection), with some Feta Fries and Baklava ice Cream. It was a really Good food and a Chill Environment!🙌🏻✌🏻❤️
